CartonCare's purpose built factory houses some of the most advanced printing technology available today, enabling us to print onto a variety of materials including metallic boards. We have just added a state of the art Gallus KM 510S Modular Inline System to improve our capabilities even more- the first of its kind in the UK and Ireland.

The Gallus KM 510S Modular Inline System offers up to seven colours flexographic print with the options of reverse print, embossing, cold foiling, screen printing, laminating, UV or water-based varnish, together with a rotary die finishing to complete your requirements perfectly in one press pass. Flatbed processing for creasing, embossing, window punching, and die-cutting is also available for shorter run requirements.
